Fisher-price Little superstar sing-along stage?
We got this as a Christmas present for our 10 month old. When we took it out of the box last night it automaticaly went from try me mod to full mode (it was playing the whole songs, not just parts). When we turned it on this morning it was in try me mode again. How did this happened and how do I fix this? I tried to call the costumer service but they're closed during holidays.
I have the same issue and unfortunately there is not an easy fix. I contact customer service and they wanted me to try a zip tie of something similar in the two slots on the back of the stage (upper top left corner). Inserting and removing to simulate the tag that was there at purchase denoting try me mode vs full mode...It did not fix and we will have to take back. FP also offered to accept the unit back and to send a voucher...
