problem with Leapfrog fridge phonics?
It's reading the numbers and letters wrong..
said the number 1 was number 3, said the letter J was the letter L ..
anyone have this happen and/or know how to fix this problem with it?
okay glad to hear i'm not the onl;y person who's had that happen. I'll change the batteries and see if that works. as soon as i can dig some up.
Try calling Leapfrog's customer service line (1-800-701-LEAP (5327)). They are really great about working with you to try to troubleshoot to fix the problem while you are on the phone with them. If you are still having problems with the product, they usually will send a replacement to you and packaging to send the defective product back.
