Bensus International Recalls Four Toys
Health Canada and Quebec’s Bensus International are recalling almost 800 units of four different toys that were sold in Canada from May 2011 to March 2012 through a variety of retail formats. According to HC’s advisory, small parts may detach from the main body of these toys, posing a choking hazard to youngsters if swallowed.
Although HC and Bensus are not reporting any injuries relating to use of the toys, retailers are still instructed to cease selling the affected items and consumers should remove them from children’s use immediately.
The list of toys — all imported from China by Bensus — includes the Learn & Fun Puzzle and Clock – a clock-themed shape sorter, the Intelligence Writing Board – a shape-sorter puzzle that comes with chalk and sponge eraser, the Super Motorcycle – a bump-and-go style vehicle with flashing lights, and the Tittup Working Construction Vehicle – a dancing truck also featuring light and sound.
For more information about replacements or refunds, consumers may contact Bensus by email or phone at 514-344-1616 (ext. 110).

And which one is about to be arrested for murder? The two men are archenemies and will go to great lengths to ace out each other. But would they stoop to murder? Someone is littering the town with sudoku, crossword puzzles, and dead private eyes. It's up to Cora, with the help of her niece, Sherry, to solve the puzzle, the sudoku, and the murder, before the killer strikes again.Parnell Hall delivers another entertaining, puzzle-packed adventure with his delightfully untraditional sleuth, featuring for the first time sudoku puzzles by "New York Times" crossword editor Will Shortz. |

Puzzle Agent 2 Review (PC)
Agent Tethers is then sent out to Scoggins to try and figure out why the factory has stopped making erasers, why the town is so obsessed with puzzles, and what the weird local folklore of the town has to do with the eraser shortage. Granted it’s gross to think that our main character is eating already used gum, but essentially if you need a hint on a puzzle you will use something from your gum supply. The bad thing is, is that it’s so easy to find gum, that you can literally get though the majority of the game just using three pieces of gum on a puzzle, solve it, and move on. In the original game, you explored the town of Scoggins, Minnesota where the eraser factory had mysteriously stopped production. There was just something about the way that the first game ended that hasn’t stuck right with Tethers and he takes some personal vacation time to head back to the town and solve this mystery once and for all. The puzzles were the ones trying to take center stage and this style lends itself to that. The good thing is that you can move around town and easily find more gum if you are running low on hints. The game features artwork from Canadaian artist Graham Annable who gives the game it’s unique, almost hand drawn look and feel. Where you play as FBI Agent Nelson Tethers from the agency’s Puzzle Research Division. In Scoggins they are trying to clean up the town, and the first thing to go is all the gum. For the sequel, you once again take on the role of Agent Tethers and you are again headed back to Scoggins, Minnesota. When you get to town though you find out that there are a lot more people who have gone missing the past few months and no one seems to know what happened to them or even care about it. I would be remiss in my review if I didn’t talk about the......
